Solutions, Design and Delivery (SDD)
Solutions, Design and Delivery consists of both classroom facilitators, instructional designers and multi-media specialists. SDD handles the 
designing of classroom and on-line learning opportunities, a wide variety of classes, and design the graphic materials.
All of the instructors on our staff are Development Dimension International (DDI) certified and we currently deliver classroom training on 24 different modules that focus on: Leadership development Workforce development Customer service Selection Performance
