When making a password you should always keep this in mind.
The password should...
Have upper- and lower-case letters
Have one or more numbers
Have one or more special characters (e.g. #, $, &,%)
Be at least 7 to 8 characters
Be changed every few month
Not be written down near the location used
Not be the same for everything requiring a password
