Higher Education and Metrics
Higher Education and Metrics serves several functions for Schwan's University and The Schwan Food Company as a whole. The Higher 
Education arm of this department exists to negotiate preferred educational partnership with various bodies of higher education in order to give employees of The Schwan Food Company subidiaries the best possible options for their continuing education as well as to serve as continuing education consultants for employees that desire help with selecting a path to a higher education degree.
The metrics side of this department is responsible for the management of the InfiNex learning management systsem. They are also tasked with using assessment methods to develop tools and procedures to measure and track the return on investment and return on learning for all Schwan's University educational initiatives.
