Customer Relations
The Schwan Food Company is divided up into several subsidiaries. Customer Relations acts as the liaison between the subsidiaries and Schwan's University. Each of the subsidiaries units has a
consultant assigned to them.
Customer Relations' Learning and Development staff are responsible for meeting the needs of each subsidiary, and implementing the Learning and Development activities to include on-the-job training and classroom facilitation. Customer Relations also helps to administer certifications within Schwan's Home Service, Inc., Schwan's Consumer Brands North America, Inc., Schwan's Food Service, Inc. and Schwan's Global Supply Chain, Inc.
